AGENCY DISCOUNT
You will pay the net price, thanks to a very special 8% agency discount on the total amount of your booking. No commission invoice will be issued. You will be able to check the amount of your discounts accessing your dedicated area whenever you want.
- Click on the button REQUEST FORM, fill it in and send the online form.
- Send by email to info@mirabilandiavacanze.it a copy of your licence or any other document to prove your travel agency status.
- You will receive an email from Mirabilandia Vacanze with the password to book online.
How to work with us
When entering your dedicated area you will visualize your Control Panel, to offer to your customer a complete and immediate service.
Control Panel
The control panel enables you to confirm a reservation in a few minutes. The program will allow you to select and book directly online the offer that best meets your customer’s needs, thanks to a simple and immediate system:
Selling kit
- Research: when entering your dedicated online area, you can search for the offer that best meets your customers’ needs; each package includes a detailed description of the offer and its rates.
- Hotel: while calculating your estimated cost, the system will show you the best available offer, with all details concerning their localization, photos and services.
- Choose the place: it’s an optional service you can offer to your customers who desire to choose the place to stay. It allows you to select a place among those showing available facilities. The service involves a little extra-payment, calculated as a percentage of the total amount of the offer that can change depending on the period and the place.
- Estimated cost: it is automatically calculated by the system, once inserted your booking data.
- Reservation: the availability of the facilities is always up to date, so you can immediately confirm your booking.
- Payment:
- BY CREDIT CARD: few minutes after the payment, you will receive a confirmation email including invoice, voucher and tickets, that you can print and deliver to your clients.
- BY POSTAL ORDER OR BANK TRANSFER: opting for this method of payments operator will receive an e-mail confirmation within 36 hours option and must send a copy of ' proof of payment to fax number 0544 560 216. Later receive e-mail with the Booking Confirmation, invoice, voucher hotel and admission tickets to the park, to be printed and delivered to the customer.
- Voucher and Tickets: your clients will be required to show the voucher at their arrival at the hotel and their tickets at Mirabilandia turnstiles to immediately enter the park.
